It's kinda like if Richard D. James and Combichrist had a depressed, obese baby. I like it, but try to see what you can do with it based on bwmusic and limonpower's advice. Or don't.

Reminds me a bit of the stuff I make when I'm experimenting.

AliceMako responds:

Well that's two votes for combichrist then, there's this one track by them "this shit will fuck you up" which i find amusing but i honestly don't care for them otherwise :3

Everyone's entitled to their opinion and i allways appreciate people sharing theirs with me, i don't agree in this case though as i like this exactly the way it is or i wouldn't have posted it.

If you are ever happy with something you did while experimenting there's actually a portal labelled as experimental you can post in, give it a try sometime.

It almost sounds like Mother Machine taking control of Trent's brain. For me it kicks off at 1:11, where it shows off it's dynamic environment. I think it's a well done remix that incorporates your style and Trent's, and does a good job of meshing them both together into a strange, mechanical creature.

Anchorwind responds:

I thank you for your time and opinion. I am seriously considering a V2 that's deliberately MM, instead of it just creeping in there naturally :) .

It's been a while.

Anchorwind responds:

Indeed. Some say too long, I'll defer to their judgment.

Shit, you made this when you were 16? I'm 15 and I'm making stuff at this/above this level. Guess I've got a future to look forward to. Now to check out your new tracks.

Vaporize responds:

Yup around 10 years ago, I didn't know a damn thing about mixing and mastering and that truly is an on going process, you learn something new every project. Going to school helped too. I moved back to my Trance roots when I signed with my current record label.

Reminds me a bit of Orbital.

kcpm responds:

Yeah, the wet sounding phased hi-hats remind me of a few of their songs. I do enjoy Orbital quite a bit.

Reminds me of what would happen if Deus Ex and Fallout had a baby. I like it all except for some of the mixing, but that can be ignored. You did a really good job on it's atmosphere.

buriedantenna responds:

Thanks, good to hear that it worked for you. And yes, agreed— the production side is not one of my strengths.

It's got it's own sound to it, so kudos to you for that. It feels like a really cinematic song, something that you would hear playing at the end or the beginning of a certain type of film. The end is kind of poor, but if you put the song on a loop it works really well. I don't know if that was your intent, but nonetheless.

See if you can work on it a little bit more, maybe there's more ideas to be mined out of it. Aside from all that I think it's a pretty good piece. Good job.

ScottJacob responds:

Hey thanks! I really appreciate your feedback

It's got some really neat character to it. I kind of love it.

AliceMako responds:

Glad you enjoy and thanks for listening.

Dreamy... Well done. I'll follow on SoundCloud just for support. I usually don't like it when drums close in on electronic music just because it's been done so many times, but you managed to pull it off in a different way. Kudos to you...

ScottJacob responds:

Thanks man, i appreciate it!

Damn, this is really well done...

SoundChris responds:

Thanks a lot good sir!
